In modern days of information security, much attention is drifted towards achieving the major security triad of privacy, authentication and availability. Pailiar homormophic encryption is one of the most widely area of pubic key encryption schemes researchers are exploring to enhance information security. In this paper, we presented an overview of the Pailiar cryptosystem. We further evaluated the security vulnerabilities in the cryptosystem. This was achieved through mathematical theorems and inductions. This is to present some open issues for further research to propose and implement a more robust security system based on the Pailiar homormophic encryption scheme. 

Data Science emerged as an important discipline and its education is essential for success in almost every aspect of life.  Here comes the age of Big data. Big data impacts all aspects of our lives and society is admitting it. Data processing and other techniques are combined to convert abundant data into valuable information for society, organizations, and people. Specific strategies and approaches are needed to provide better to educate future data scientists to overcome the challenges of Big data. In this paper, we discussed the general concept of data science, Big data, and areas of Big data computing.

The study was carried out to review the use of social media in Nigeria libraries and information services. The review dealt extensively with the dynamics social media brought into library services in Nigerian tertiary institutions. The technological advancement of the 21st century brought by advent of social media has great impacts on library and information services in Nigeria just like any other place across the globe. There is need for the professionals in library science or services to change their service delivery to end users along the line of social media usage with emergence of social sites such as Facebook, Myspace, Flickr, YouTube, Library Thing, Ning in which information can be easily sourced from by users Libraries in Nigeria are therefore facing challenges regarding the ability to provide proactive and more value added services to meet the ever changing needs of the end users. The reviewed article therefore made an attempt to examine the present scenario in library services delivery in Nigeria tertiary institution with these new and emerging social media technologies as well as looking at challenges facing Nigerian tertiary institution libraries in the use of these social media and to identify possible solutions to these challenges. The study concluded that to some extent social media utilization  has been introduced by librarians in tertiary institutions libraries in Nigeria and that usage of social media by librarians in promoting library and information resources and services cannot be overemphasized. The study also discovered that lack or inadequate finance, poor power supply, lack of training of library staff on social media usage and limited bandwidth in the institution as the major challenges facing the usage of social media in Nigerian tertiary institution libraries. The study therefore, recommends that adequate finance should be promptly provided by the parent institutions to the libraries to enhances the use of social media to promote library and information resources and services in Nigerian tertiary institution libraries.

The article discusses the possibilities of using modern computer technologies, in particular, the Mathcad application program for visual representation of physical processes. This article shows methods for solving ordinary differential equations in the Mathcad package based on numerical methods. As an example of a nonlinear process, the Cauchy problem for a second order ordinary differential equation is solved using the Mathcad odesolve function, which is a complication of the linear oscillator equation, and a graph is obtained. It also talks about the advantages of using the Mathcad application program for solving problems in physics, which allows you to not only make the necessary calculations, but also to arrange your work using graphs, drawings, tables and mathematical formulas. Based on the results of these modeling works, the user gets the system model ready and can only set the initial conditions and control all the parameters of the model during the numerical experiment. In this regard, this program provides an opportunity to expand the teaching activities of the teacher and increase the independence and activity of students.

Innovations in smart learning represent a domain of knowledge transfer platform to boost the effectiveness of the educational practices and learning outcome. The uniqueness of this form of electronic-assisted has been widely accepted as it provides its users with a powerful multi-search tool to access learning content that meet their intended needs. The transformative changes in the learning platform provide a flexible teaching/learning online outlet that has increasingly been adopted to improve learning outcome. In this study, the effectiveness of innovation in information and communication technologies (ICT) as a platform to rapidly transformed learning environment is discussed. Potential of smart learning environment is discussed and relevance of its flexibility in the learning environment and adaptable features for training workers in an organizational setting. This review extensively highlights the position of smart learning system in improving conventional learning and organizational practices that are limited in scope and their functioning environment.
